Raiders Head Coach Dennis Allen recently lost his father this week so my condolences goes out to him and I'm sure RaiderNation will do the same...

That's what it is at this point, GM Reggie McKenzie is in his 1st year as a Raiders and he will continue to build around Carson Palmer and get rid of some of the players that play for the Raiders... Could take a few years...
