From the penthouse after the win in Mexico to the outhouse after the loss in Jamaica. Dempsey and Altidore need to be better, the midfield play needs to improve dramatically and the defense off set pieces needs to be cleaned up if Klinsmann's bunch wants to stay alive in World Cup qualifying
