True people tend to overlook things when it is hers/his team did does not make it right. If you are willing to overlook things then you condon cheating and dirty play because the results had your team winning. Even had my dad when he coach one of my teams forfeit a win because some of my teammates cheated, told us either we work hard and win right or lose trying. There is no overlooking what right for there is no honor in that. Yeah, no everyone feels different when hers/his team is involved, as I said when the Mets were ini the Series in 2000 I was happy they had lost even though I still hear about the the Yankees beat the Mets. It was not right for them to be there in the first place.

I was like that in 2000 even though I don't like the Yankees and knew I would hear about for the rest of my life. I was glad to see the Mets lose because they were the wild card team.

Exactly. The non division winning playoff teams could be pulled out at random from a rotating drum and have the exact same kind of post season run if they got hot at the right time. The MLB post season has become a farce ever since 1994.

Couldn't have said it better myself. If 162 games is not enough to get a true division champion then how many games does it take??!?!
