In my opinion, the big Tiger mistake was not bringing the infield in in the 7th. Why oh why give up a free run like that considering how good the Giants have been pitching?

MLB Network is over analyzing Lamont sending Fielder with no one out. Personally, I don't have too much of a problem with the play. It's early in the game. Tigers aren't scoring runs. Why not take the chance to get on the board first?

That was another great game, and wait no DH. Yeah so far in this series we have had homeruns and the a pitchers duel and people still tuned in and there was no DH which made it better. Congraduations to the Giants and their fans. Cannot wait till game 3.

really the only legit runs the giants scored were sandoval's HR's...if pagan's double doesn't hit the bag, they're out of that inning, and the final 2 runs were b/c leyland had his head up his a** and pitched valverde...the only out valverde got was K of lincecum

Every Ace gets beat up from time to time, I would not get to excited as the Tigers will tie it up tonight. Give Zito cedit for keeping the hitters off balance it was great to see him come back and pitched well this year. Either teams wins the series is great because they are both a division winner.
