I'm sorry, my man. I can't hear you. Were you saying something? You should open your mouth a little wider when you speak. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!
You were right about one thing though - that game meant everything. Don't bet against Texas. Ever. Good luck to the Huskers in whatever obscure conference they are joining next year lol!
Good luck beating Nebraska without Big12 refs on the field ever again!

A week off will prove re-energizing to the Texas Longhorns. No coach in the nation prepares his team like Mack Brown and his assistant coach Will Muschamp. The Horns will be prepared to do battle in Lincoln...and will emerge victorious. Don't bet against Texas, friends!

Talk to me after the game, POD-nuhh. And be sure to skip breakfast and lunch 'cause you will have a lot of words to eat by dinner! LOL!!
The Huskers haven't beaten anybody of any consequence yet. They are sporting an "empty" 5 - 0 record at the moment. They haven't had a decent squad in 7 yrs.! They're not used to winning anymore. They'll fold like a lawn chair come Sat. But I appreciate your interest and admire your enthusiasm, lol!!!
Nothing like a fresh beatdown to get the ol' memory back on track. HA HA HA HA HA HAHA HA!!!! So long No. 5 ranking. Hello 'reality check'! Can you say "OVER RATED"? Hmmmm....? :-)

Congrats to the Longhorns. A great defensive game plan stifled the Huskers running game, and we couldn't catch a pass. Not much more to say.

Revenge will taste sweet, with a dash of T-Magic steak sauce and a side of Helu and Burkhead.

...and today, I eat crow, spitting out the feathers of a bitter defeat at the hands of none other than the Huskers themselves, self-immolating with dropped passes and WAY too many penalties.

As much as it takes apparently. It will be great to be out of the Big 12 and away from the Big 12 refs once and for all!
the officials in the big 10 (except for dave whitvoiet) are nothing to write home about

It's pretty bad when the ABC announcers are constantly shocked at the officiating. It couldn't be more obvious.

The refs were bad, as expected, but when you drop 4 TDs you're not going to win very often.

There are going to be a bunch of 8-14 year old boys (and girls) crying their eyes out in Nebraska today.

When you own the conference, you can do what you want.

come on, i need the huskers to keep a good record till ou kicks their butt

The two weeks between games looks to have helped the Longhorns considerably. They look nothing like the team that got punked by UCLA

The big-game experience of Mack Brown is showing today. He has his boys ready. I think Pelini may have downplayed this game too much.

I'm not saying the Huskers can't make up the difference, but still, Hook 'em Horns!

Now I dont know what was wrong with texas the other day but come on longhorns you can beat these cornhuskers!!!!!

Sitting here in Oregon, listening to the pre-game on Huskers.com. It's a beautiful day outside - I should be winterizing but, I'm so pumped up for this game I'm nearly paralyzed. GO BIG RED!!!

I can't wait, I'm so pimped for this game. GO HUSKERS!

Love just about everything about this Huskers squad, save for the fact that it coughs the ball up WAY TOO MUCH! Wanta lay the points here, but I just got that weird feeling it's a struggle for the Blackshirts. They will win though, and if they blow them out, whatev - GO BIG RED!

i don't think the players and coaches are focused on last year...the huskers are interested in making a statement for this year..and texas is trying to get back on track

Umm, did I say anything about "getting robbed"?
No, I did not. For you to infer that I did is blatant and unwarranted presumption.

you nebraska fans need to get over "getting robbed", which didn't happen
ask any michigan fan about the blatant clock manipulation that happened in the 2001 michigan state game...last year's big 12 championship game is small potatoes in comparision

Although my Longhorns are technically out of the BCS race for the championship, we can still win the Big 12 with a win over Nebraska!!

I just can't picture the Texas offense getting much done against the Huskers defense. They struggled with Colt McCoy, how can they expect to do any better with him gone?
They'll probably test the middle early, then try the secondary letting Garret Gilbert take off the training wheels. Unfortunately, they'll find yards up the middle tough to get, and the toughest secondary in the nation. The real test Saturday will be our offense against their defense, the best we've faced all year.
