You can't throw 2 int. and fumble and expect to win. Also, it looks like Jake is hurt. Its early yet. I still question Mangini's judgment. We shall see.

Me too, when he throws a TD pass, ;)

I shouldn't be surprised, I said it would be a fight. I see Browns winning. 20-17.

I'm liking what I see, I don't care who we're playing. Last year this score woulda been 3-3.

Although TB used to be part of the B&B division, i'll have to pick the browns oin this one. Browns 24 Buccs 17
They sure were, which I never understood, but, where else would they fit?
Made about as much sense as the Saints and Falcons in the NFC West.

Josh Cribbs is definately a sleeper. He's underated and will have a breakout year I believe. Remains to be seen, but Sunday will definately be a start. At least we're not playing the Ravens this week, right?
The Browns will face the Ravens the 3rd week. A little pay back will be nice.

Browns will start slow but will take over the game in the second half. GO BROWNS!!!!

Don't be surprised if Cadillac has a big game....
Other than the team that you're rooting for today (Gators), what college game would you consider the game to watch? I believe the Ohio State vs Miami game will have National Implications.

I wont' be suprised. Cadillac has been in the league long enough now to know how to make plays. He's finally got an offense around him that can make plays, and this should open up some running room for him. Especially against Cleveland who's team right now seems to be in termoil. The only good spot right now for Clevelans seems to be the Defense. The offense remains a mystery.

I won't be surprised if the Bucs win, I'll be surprised if the bucs knock the Browns off the field. I don't see it. Both teams are going to fight.

The browns have to better this year than last............dont they
Welcome back Captain. Yes, I'm wishing and praying they will be better. Ain't nothing worse than Derek Anderson. Nice to have a QB and can actually call him a QB.

I will admit that Paul Brown was a great man for the sport of Professional football. Unfortunately, he won't be playing this weekend. TB has the Cadillac back in full force and this will help open up the passing game that Josh held together last year in his first. He should be better this year, and if so ...... Tampa should win easily over Cleveland.
Dee, I was hardly trash talking. I was just trying to see how many ppl knew why the Browns are called... "The Browns", you'd be surprised how many ppl don't know. TB win easily? uh no, I'll admit Bucs offense is looking better. I'm thinking close game.
I'm picking the Browns obviously.

TB 24, Cleve 17
Honestly ...... with all the off season drama Cleveland had, I don't this is gonna be a good year for them. I believe that TB has stepped it up on offense which has been their kryptonite for many years now. The Cadillac is back, and Tampa has a strong running game to compliment the passing of 2nd year starter Josh Smith. Last year Smith was the sole bright spot for a sputtering offense. This year, the running game should help open up and ease some of the weight off his shoulders. TB should win this one in a lopsided affair. TB 24, Cleveland 3.

Tampa Bay made some good off season moves. Do you think they will win over Cleveland this opening weekend?

Do ppl want to say the history of the name? aaahhh, don't google it. ah, well, you probably did already.

I get the feeling ppl don't know why the Browns have their name. Other than ppl from Cleveland, which I'm not from here, but, I moved to Ohio right before the Browns came back. I found out in the 70s. When I ask out of towner's, most ppl don't know, surprisingly.

Goooooo Browns tear em down Round em up an send them back to Tampa buckin

The NFL season is finally here and I dont really have any reason to be excited about this Bucs team. No salary cap and they did nothing in the off season to help their team. Way to go Raheem Morris! Just goes to show what an idiot you really are and the GM isnt much better!
respect
The TV ratings should be high on this one LOL, The could give me a free 50 yard sideline seat for this one and I would not attend this game. Glad they are getting the worst games of the year out the way early

I am a Bucs fan but I think that this will be a game of which team makes the fewest mistakes. Neither team looked good in the preseason so until a coupe of games are played I will not pass any judgement on either team. The Browns probably have the better team but we will have to wait and see. Bucs by a field goal 23-20!
respect
I expect better things from the Browns this year. Playoffs? no. Better than 5-11? yes.
Thanks most to Mike Holmgren. These two teams will be out to prove something in the first game of the season. Of course I'm gonna pick the Browns, look for a fight, 24-20.
