Cribbs must be a bigger factor in this one. This could be another shootout with big plays all over the place.
The Chiefs special teams looked tight (in God-awful weather no less) against a decent Charger team - I think I would give the Chiefs the edge here, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if one teams' special teams singlehandedly won the game.

The Browns defense might be slightly improved, but Charles, Bowe, and Jones should still have a huge day against it. Chiefs by at least 10.

I agree with what you and the original comment said. Definitely Cribbs needs to be at least a factor on what downs he plays. Delhomme being injured, already? Not Happy about it but as the other guy said I wouldnt throw Colt to the wolves just yet. Hope Seneca can manage and hand off to Harrison and Hillis(no fumbles please)

Until we get a great rookie QB, or, trade for a much better QB than we have, the Browns QB situation will remain on shaky ground. Maybe Colt is the future, we won't find out this year, because don't throw him to the wolves yet. Unless we have to. The running game is going to get better, and Cribbs will warm up and trick some players on KR. I'm not going to give up completely on the passing game. Nothing can get worse than last years passing.

I am as big of browns fan as thier is ...is there a chance of 8 inches of snow this weekend in clevland ...if jake plays we have zero chance of winning and if wallace plays we have..... maybe we will see colt mccoy you think ...any how go browns
I agree, why the Browns signed a 35yr old (if your good its not old) piece of monkey crap delhome, he made 2 plain stupid throws which of course was intercepted. I'd rather have Marc Bulger whos the back up in Baltimore.

With how they beat the chargers monday night they could suprise the NFL

Browns will run at will against the Chiefs. Browns will win at home this weekend.

Don't forget the NFL polls - there's one for each game this week. C'mon folks - support your local Clownie

Sometimes first games are like preseason games that count. Depends who's rusty, did they play much before regular season started. Also, It was raining in the Chargers-Chiefs game. That can change a games outcome. Do I think the Chiefs are better than last year?... yes, I just don't know how much. The Browns should have beat the Bucs, I'll keep saying that. So, The Browns are better than they appeared in that game. I think this game is going to be close. In Cleveland. I'm still sticking to Browns, 27-20.

Casual Chiefs fan, wishing them well. They aren't going to make the playoffs, but it looks like a turn around has begun.

Romeo Crennel was a bum as a Coach, not worried about his new found defense.....

Not much to say except the browns beat themselves last week same as San Diego did vs the Chiefs not impressed with either teams

This is a new year and and almost completely new team! I'm glad the Browns gutted the team though! It's the best way to start fresh!
how many times are they going to continue to do this? its time to start building a team instead of just adding players

Jamaal Charles will run right thru the Browns defense. That'll open up Cassell to Bowe in the passing game and help the Chiefs knock off the Browns

How things can change. Here I'm thinking the Chiefs are a good chance for the Browns to get some confidence and win. hm, not sure now. Also, I'm not sure the rain played a role in the Chiefs win, but, either way, they looked hungry. The Browns better be ready. I don't think this is the Chiefs of last year.

The Chiefs-Charger game was just as ugly as the Broncos-Jags game. I'm glad to see the Chiefs win. Chiefs should go into Cleveland and win there if their defensive is as good as it looked Monday Night.

Browns already in a must win situation, & K.C. is coming in riding high off a big win over San Diego. If the bumbling continues here , Daboll should get a pink slip at the least. Being at home will help hopefully.
i never liked his play calling to begin with

if the browns want to win they have to run the ball and stop the chiefs from running it .

So far KC looking good against SD-and I think They are a much better team than Cleve--KC may be better than most people think.

The browns will have to win sooner or later
It better be sooner, because after the Chiefs, the schedule is grueling. They need a win to have something to build on. Its simple and its over 100 years old, DON'T TURN the BALL over.

any one playing against AFC west rivals has my pick.

True, I see it as, we can't lose to another team that we're on the same level with. The Browns gave that game to the Bucs. Everything except, put gift wrapping on it.
