Yes, they almost blew chunks but thank God they were able to focus and win in a tough place to play. If they can beat the Steelers (which I think they can), they should gain enough confidence to have a successful road trip. They need to win all three remaining AFC East games with the Jets, Bills & Pats to go 3-3 in the Divison and have a chance to win it. They need to beat the Pats by 27 or more and the Jets by 8 or more to win the tie breaker with both of them. Jets need to lose their next three division games to Miami, Buffalo and New England- so they can end up 3-3. Pats need to beat the Jets, lose to Miami and do something that has not happened in a long time- lose to Buffalo. If everything pans out in our favor the way I mapped it out, then the Phins woud win the AFC East with a 3-3 record but they would own the tie breaker- if they beat the Jets and Pats by the amount of points I mentioned. The Bills play the crucial role of spoiler in that they need to beat both the Jets and Pats to give the Phins a chance to win the AFC East. It can happen and it has to happen this way in order for the Phins to win the Division. Lots of football left.....the Phins need to make a serious run from this point on.
I have to agree with you, a lot of things have to happen in order for them to win the AFC but I think they can do it, they just have to play their own game & stay focused on one game at a time. I just hope they can pull out in front & stay there to the end & not give up any points they seem to get to sloppy when they are ahead & that is when they start to make mistakes & lose their focus. As you said there is a lot of football left so here's hoping the Phins stay alive & focused to the end . GO PHINS

Well they almost blew it but when push came to shove they pulled it through, I wasn't sure they were going to do it I had to stop watching it would have made me sick to watch them lose, they seem to just lose it in the last Qtr but they showed they could do it if they want it bad enough. way to go Dolphins lets hope you can keep it up

Yea, it was definitely great to get the win against the Cowboys yesterday as both are talented teams that just haven't "put it together" in one way or another. I'm expecting another hard fought game this Sunday with the Packers. I know they're hurting, but in our division there is too much history and pride for either team not to play the other tough. That's one thing I am really loving about this season though--it's defied the standard predictability of years past; teams are well matched, and the games have (overall) been exciting to watch to the end. Good luck with the Steelers this weekend--"No Name" defense versus the "Steel Curtain". Should be another great one!
Thanks man, it would be nice to see a hard fought defensive game. Low scoring
7-6 or 10-9 sluggfest....just as long as we win. We need this one to keep up with the Pats and Jets. I think we can force Big Ben to make some bonehead mistakes because of the rust factor. We have to convert the turnovers we get into points. I think defensively, we can stop their offense and offensively I think we should be able to move the ball effectively enough to win the game. I can't wait for this brawl to go down....Oh Yhea..!!

I'll be damned Flipper, you called it--well done!
Oh man, I was sweating it..!! The Packers are a good team and we are lucky to get out of Dodge with a W....we did you guys a favor NorseHeathen- now your Vikes will face Rogers and company next week. Congrats on beating the Cowboys. I will savor this victory for about a day and then start thinking about the Steelers traveling to South Florida next Sunday. We will need to excute and play smart, hard nosed, physical football to beat these guys. I think we can pull it off..!!

Come on Dolphins! Shake off he bad loss a couple weeks ago and go out there and kick some butt

im still not watching the game... theres no point... the packers are going to win... hands down.

I have tons of respect for Araon Rodgers and think he is one of the top QB's in the league. Even with all the injuries that the Packers have, I still think its going to be a tight game. The Phins have proven that they can win on the road. They will have to run the ball well against the Pack with Ronnie and Ricky contributing in a big way. Matthews not playing, will help Miami in the running game. It will be one of the best games on this weeks slate. Dolphins need this win more than the Pack do. GO PHINS....WIN BIG..!!

I just came in for Happy Hour............ Miami will pull out a win --- hit Rogers a few times and he will fold - not tough enough to play with the Big Boys.

ok well i dont really follow football to close to know how good every team is but all i have to say is GO DOLPHINS! kick some packers butt!

Arron Rogers is going to harpoon the dolphins for 34 points. R Williams and Chad will be floundering in a defensive net engineered by AJ

Its very simple Aaron Rodgers is ailing and there is no Finley... Miami plays smart and wins 24 13.

Miami's schedule is tough but they'll defeat the over-touted Packers. After all, Miami stands alone as the only team to go undefeated.

Of course we Have the best Quarterback...the best Safety...the Best TEAM!!! Those Dolphins are gonna wish they were in a can of Tuna!

My Packers will dominate. Yeah
I dont know about dominate- you all have too many injuries. It should be a competitive game now that Aaron Rodgers has been cleared to play. I respect our opponent but we need this game more than the Packers do. You can do us a favor though and beat the Jets and Pats..!! I like our chances in this game but we are going to have to be physical, smart and determined. GO PHINS..!!
