ROFL......if you were more familiar with me, you would realize just how stupid your comment directed at me is......truly. You Packer fans can keep trying to rationalize the classless conduct by far too many of your fan base with reaction to Favre, but don't use me as a means to diminish the deficiencies practiced by others. I applaud you for not booing the players, but as has been demonstrated over the course of two seasons, you're in poor company. Perhaps you should direct your commentary towards your other Packer fans and tell them to get over it and remember the incredible years Favre provided in Green Bay.

I dont boo anyone, to try your best always a person doesnt deserve to be booed! To the guy norse i think you take this too serious, its a game to us so have fun in life, to the players its a job and its a tuff job. Ho many football players can walk without a limp after age 40! I know its thier choice and we thank them for playing for our enjoyment! GO PACKERS GO!

PUHLEASE???? Now many Boo's did Randy get when he came back?
Well, you're reaching for threads now. All I heard were cheers---and fans on every Vikings list I participate in were ecstatic. Conversely, when Chili pulled the Red McCombs-like stunt of releasing him, fans were ready to burn Childress in effigy. That was just another nail in his coffin to getting fired. People on the Vikings list still hope we can get Randy after this season, though I doubt he would. You know the old saying: "screw me once, shame on you--screw me twice, shame on me". Right now, Childress has taken the place of former Coach Les Stuckel as the most hated Viking in the history of the organization.
But you're right--11 playoff appearances, 3 NFC Championship games, 2 Superbowl appearances, and 1 Superbowl win..... Yea, considering the 70's and 80's Packer teams, he definitely deserved to get boo'ed.

What is your purpose in responding to that other than to demonstrate your classless nature? If you were so confident, why wasn't this posted before the game? People come in here because they're fans of a certain team. If any individual puts more into the games than that of being a fan, they either have inferiority issues, or their lives are so pathetic that they need this boost in ego in order to justify their existence. The reality of the day is that the Vikings have quit as a team; and the Packers being a very good team this year demonstrated to what degree by 'cleaning their clocks' on the field. Oh I can understand the concept of a jest, but that's a nice rationalization as to the nature of your original post--condescending as it was presented. As is the "poor me" I work 87 hours a week, I've been there and beyond, but it doesn't justify coming in afterward and talking down to people as if you're some kind of expert. By all means, celebrate your team. I love the game of football and acknowledge that the Pack has an impressive team this year without any reservation. Even so, when the Vikings were kicking butt last year, I didn't talk down to the other fans afterward; except for the trolls that came in being jerks, and I also contacted Viking fans that came onto the list being jerks as well. No individual should have to put up with the ignorant nature of others. The fact that it is common-place in social forums is an affirmation as to the decline of our societies social structure. With regard to our teams, I think it's safe to say that the Vikes and Lions won't make the playoffs this year. If the Bears and/or Packers make the playoffs, I hope they do the "black and blue" division well. We have a long,. proud history as a division and I'll be cheering for whomever carries that legacy into the playoffs. Good luck through the rest of the season.

It was all posted before the game in my bets.... Sorry I don't have time to say everything I feel... But working 87 hours a week causes, lacks...

Considering it's a completely different organization and team, absolutely. At least we don't "boo" those who gave us so many great years on our team just because the organization determined he should retire. The Pack is a good team this year--their fans are also the most classless team in the NFC North, and arguably the entire NFL.
