Yhea, I agree Mankins is a stud on your O-Line....smart, physical player that can blow the opposition off the line. I think its a mistake putting Crumpler or Gronkowski on Wake. Wake can beat both of them off the line. He is quick and has some great moves. Its his elusiveness and creativeness on getting to the QB that makes him hard to contain. One thing our Defense is going to have to be prepared for is the double TE max protection set that the Pats love to run. Brady usual likes to air it out to Branch- because they force you to play man to man coverage due to the two TEs that need to be accounted for. It's going to be a damn' good game and I'm sure Mike Nolan will have something special for the Pats when we meet in Foxboro in January.

Taylor was good in his prime but we let him go because we have the league leader in sacks right now in Cameron Wake- who is a BEAST..!! I cannot wait to see how he matches up against the Pats O-Line (we move him around a lot).
The only thing that motivates Belicheat at this point in his career- are Super Bowls and WINS. After being there 4 times and winning it 3 times, there isn"t anything else that comes close. So how could being the best ever not come into play? I'm sure he thinks about it and knows he has a shot at it- so why wouldn't that motivate him? What else does he have to prove other than win two more Super Bowls and become the winningest coach ever? If he wins 5 Super Bowls, he would surpass Chuck Knoll as the coach with the most Lombardi Trophies and if gets the most wins ever as a coach, he would surpass Don Shula and be the best ever. Dont tell me he doesn't think about that cause I'm sure he does..!!

Yes the Pats will go into Chicago and throw up big numbers against them, like the final outcome supports. You need to look at the big picture when it comes to the Pats. 9-0 in snow with Brady, which is now 10-0. A defense that belives in itself more every week. Plus a difficult schedule against some of the leagues best QB. All these games resulted in victories. Sorry but your Bears won't have a chance at revenge in the superbowl. The Bears won't win against the Saints or Falcons. NFC champ will come from there.
yep, the Patriots just kicked the Bears butt..thats all there is to it. I really thought that these two teams matched up well against one another, but the Patriots came into Soldier Field and proved to me and many other Bear fans that is not the case and they are clearly thebest team in the NFL.
Anyhow, I am a die hard Bears fan and I'm gonna trash-talk the Viking fans next week the same way I did you Pat fans because thats what I do ( LOL ). I just hope for a better outcome next week.
There was a good thing that happened Sunday...GB also lost so the Bears are still atop the NFC North

The truth will only come out if someone that knows how they are implementing it steps up and exposes them just like Mangini did. If they don't, then this deceptive BS will continue.

Thats a very good point Joe and it was a Patriot assistant in Eric Mangini that beat them convincingly- the same Eric Mangini that blew the whole spygate incident out of the water and exposed Bill Belicheat and his cheatin' ways.
Final Score: Cleveland Browns- 34 New England Patriots-14
Peyton Hillis rushed for 184 yards and two touchdowns. The Browns won the game with a rookie QB in Colt McCoy. They ran different fronts and coverages that confused Tom Brady. The Mangini game plan should be used as a blue print to beat the Pats. I'm sure that Belicheat has adjusted and learned from this game but there is no denying running right at them like the Browns did with Hillis definitely worked. Vince Wilfork was no match for that young O-Line of the Browns and their power running game. So I think if you have the young hogs up front to steam roll that undersized line (with the exception of Wilfork- who is old),
then teams should run at the heart of their D.

C'mon Puckaholic, you know that Belicheat is obessessed with being the best coach ever. He wants the record books to reflect that. In order to get that recognition, he needs to become the winningest coach ever and that would mean surpassing Don Shula. As far as Welker was concerned, that was the biggest bonehead move ever. It was Cam Cameron in 2007, that traded Welker to the Pats for a 2nd & 7th in the draft. Everyone despises Cameron for that trade and drafting Ted Ginn as our number one pick. He turned out to be a major bust.
Any team that does not pressure the QB will minnimize their chances of winning.
In the 2006 season, we were the last team to beat the Pats. We beat them 21-0 in Foxboro. We ended up 6-10 that season and the Pats were Super Bowl Champs. My point is that our defense harrassed Brady and his WRs all day.
That was a decent defense and the Pats were very good that year. This year our defense is two times better than that 2006 team and the Pats offense and defense is not as good as that Super Bowl team. The finale of the season between the Pats and Phins is going to be a damn good game and I like our chances as far as wining that game. See you in January...!!

They started using it around the time they beat the Raiders in the "tuck rule" game. Its already been proven that they taped the Rams walk through before the Super Bowl. They had footage on every team in the AFC East (they would steal the defensive and offensive signals that were used to call plays). They had years of footage on every team they played- that means the whole league (you play every team once every four years). You cannot film the sidelines during any NFL game and the Pats were doing that for years. Goodell destroyed all the evidence because he knew it would ruin the integrity of the game and that the NFL would lose millions by people boycotting games. Yes, he fined the team and Belicheat and he took their number one draft pick away but that was like a slap on the hand. Mangini and Josh McDaniels know how sophisticated the whole operation was but they will not reveal how they did it. Josh McDaniels did get caught doing the same thing in Denver this year and was immediately fired by owner Pat Bowlen. Josh McDaniels was a Bill Belicheat assistant in New England. One thing that was interesting about the incident in Denver was that they talked about how the league could not detect how they were implementing the cheating scheme that they were using because it was undetectable. Didn't it ever cross your mind that the Browns were the last team to beat the Pats convincingly and that Eric Mangini (the person responsible for exposing Belicheat and his whole spygate scheme) was the one who out coached Belicheat. Mangini is another Bill Belicheat assistant. I find it rather interesting. So to recap, I still think they are using spygate to demolish teams and that both Brady and Belicheat are frauds.

Karma is the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence. It is viewed as affecting the future fate of a person- as a result of his or her actions. Whatever bad decision that you make by being manipulative or deceptive will come back to bite you in the a$$..!! It's been around since the beginning of time and will continue to be around long after you and I leave this world. I know that its probably too much for your brain to comprehend..!! Don't take my word for it- do some reserach on it and come up with your own conclusion. As far as playing the Pats in Foxboro in January, I'm all for it. They always have problems against us. We have certainly beat them more than they have beaten us, so look that one up. Belicheat has a losing record against us.We gave the Pats the first game because of 21 points off of special team errors. I can guarentee you, that is not going to happen in the rematch. Our Defense is playing very well right now and if we take care of business by winning our next two games at home- the game against the Pats could be for a play-off spot.I sure hope it is because the stakes would be high. I like our chances against the Pats and I know we'll be ready for them and we will beat them. Thats right- WE WILL BEAT THE PATS AT THEIR PLACE...!!

True to a point, Ben also threw for 387 yards against the Patriots D. So you could agree that the Patriots D was demolished by the Steelers offense, just unable to find the end zone. You are correct you can win or lose on any given Sunday, that was my initial points, be careful what you say this week cause it will come back to haunt you. I thought Steeler fans were embarrassing till I read some of the Patriot fans comments. I guess it just me, I stick to the reality of things and don't talk trash, it comes back to bite you.

i read that and u sound mad that u lost. a win is a win no matter how bad win the game. ever since spy gate pats have been putting teams away no matter how many points theyre up. not only that but by scoring while up, u keep the clock ticking instead of just running 3 times and punting and putting the ball into the other teams hands, and giving them a chance to score. i say if pats want to score a lot then let em. chicago wont be the first and last to take a butt whooping like that

Thats how he is....he likes to humiliate teams. I personally still think that he is using the some of his old "spygate" techniques that the league is completely ignorant about. Josh McDaniels commented that they were doing stuff that was undetectable by the league. As arrogant and deceiftful as Bellicheat is, I really doubt that he has changed his ways. The fine and loss of a first round draft pick was not harsh enough for him to have learned his lesson. Hell, they were loaded with picks in all the other rounds so it didn't do much harm to take away the first rounder. Will we ever know the truth?? Unless someone steps up and spills the beans on all this cheatin' stuff, we will never know what actually happened. I still say that the whole Belicheat era in New England is shrouded in controversy and that all those Super Bowl titles are definitely tarnished.
