What is annoying is Tocchet saying he doesn't think that Tampa has anything over on the Flyers as far as matching up..that they just happened to run into them at inopportune times. I don't buy it and especially tonight's game. I think their coach has a good system we don't do well against hence why the games have been so screwed up. We are totally out of our element with them and they had a break just like us and pounced on us due to bad turnovers and that was it.....

The problem when we play Tampa and other high-octane teams like them is that we start letting them dictate the game and get caught up playing their style. Flyers win when they take charge and make them make changes.

Yea, they can score with anybody. But their D is seriously suspect if you consider they've given up as many as they've scored. It should be a high scoring affair.

Bolts have won both meetings against Flyers this year, both being in Philly. Now at home where Bolts are 16-4-2 (2nd best win %), Philly is the top road team, so something's gotta give. Lightning will be looking to close up the gap & make a statement, having the Flyers twice during this long home stand.

Don't count out Pittsburgh!

Two teams that I think are a threat to the Flyers are Tampa and Boston.

Definitely not taking Tampa lightly. They're a threat in a single game match-up. They have the offensive firepower to expose our goaltending, but their "D" is suspect. Roloson certainly helps them out but is no brick wall.

I don't know about that. They're #2 in the East with a 5 game win streak. It doesn't sound like they suck. Sounds to me like they're the perfect team for Philly to prove they're the best in the league against.
