The celtics team is full with so much talent you cant afford not to play them. Doc Rivers has been doing a gret job with the rotation. To much talent to waste on the bench. Nate Robinson, Jermaine O'neal, Shaq, marquis daniels, and Delonte West. That's a whole new starting 5, along with Glenn Davis. u just gotta play them all. I see another championship in Boston this yr. LET'S GOOOOOO CELTICSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!

Just wait... Garnett should be back in the next week. Then maybe in another month Perkins could return as well which may be just in time to give Shaq a break.
You lose

Toronto has a bad rep, still if they can speed the game up they may have a chance in beating the old age Celtics.

Celtics are already number 1 in Atlantic.Could they relax perhaps a little in order to save energy for more difficult games?Toronto is definitely not a threat ( in the Atlantic). Can someone with experience please tell me if this is common in NBA? To save energy by not playing your best in less important games?
Some teams handle this differently than others. Doc Rivers has proven to be good at remembering the big picture when it comes to fatigue and veterans. Usually it is a matter of getting the game under control then letting the 2nd team have floor time with the addition of a starter that gets rotated in/out. If they are getting blown out then all the regulars sit.

This has the makings of being a tough game. The let-down factor after a thrilling win over the Spurs on Wednesday, add the anticipation of the Bulls game on Friday, and for some reason the Celtics always seem to have trouble disposing of the Raptors. The good news is Rondo is looking like he did before the ankle sprain and Jermaine O'Neal is looking better every game he plays.

Raptors will have to work to keep this one close but having Calderon and Bargnani around might make it so.
