I dont care if he gives up 20 hits. Part of being a good pitcher is having the ability to get yourself out of jams by making good pitches at crucial times in games. No pitcher is going to completely shut down every team they face.
And as for my "story telling", I guess I made up the FACT that to date, Garcia has an ERA of 1.89 with a WHIP of 1.03 I guess I also made up the FACT that Garcia has allowed only 2 homeruns in over 50 innings this season, he has 2 complete game shutouts AND in his last start, he took a perfect game into the 8th inning.
I realize that you dislike LaRussa but seriously, step out of the 80's and into the year 2011. The Bash Brothers are gone and last time I checked, it was your Dodgers team who employed a player that was suspended 50 games for violating baseball's drug policy.
Or wait, was that just me telling another story?

Pay attention to the game and not on your story telling. The Cubs are better than the Cardinals. They don't have as many juicers as your beloved team. Remember LaRussa had the bash brothers.

TOTALLY AGREE..............they NEED A 5-6 game winning streak.......the division RIGHT NOW IS UP FOR GRABS.......WONT BE LATER........
Agree also...need several 5-6 game winning streaks with a lot of 3 and 4 game winning streaks and very few losing streaks of any amount....that is what is necessary for a playoff contender.

Q had better keep Coleman on a very short chain, any sign he cannot pitch effectively Q must pull the plug. And that includes walks!
