But the people who are already asleep don't have a vote in the baseball awards...he could very well win the Cy Young if his number are great, doesn't matter where you play. Lincecum won two Cy Young's in a row pitching on the west coast, people on the east barely knows he exist. If you put up the numbers you will win, there is always going to be an argument on who should have won it every year

Playing on the west coast is always a disadvantage. Why? By the time the games are ready to start, 1/2 of America is already asleep.
