Badgers are 1 - 1 against Penn State, so they best have the right team show up tonight. Then we'll see if Purdue has to beat the badgers or the Nittany Lions to advance.

You're right, the badgers will be a formidable opponent, but Purdue will make the record 2 - 1 after they meet in the Big Ten Tourney. Then it will be on to overpower the Buckeyes.

Spartans are just a stepping stone for us to reach and then defeat the Buckeyes again as prep for the BIg Dance. Go Purdue ! ! !

OK... now the real work begins.

Nothing has come easy for the Spartans this year, including a tough game vs Iowa in a rare Thursday game for MSU in the Big Ten Tournament. The Green & White kept their NCAA Tournament hopes alive with the win last night and although some of the so-called experts seem to think they will make the tournament even with a loss today, they sure better not take that for granted. A victory today would at least allow them to breathe a little bit easier. A loss and the Spartans will be on pins-and-needles the rest of the weekend, including Selection Sunday.

It is never easy to beat the same team three times during the same season... hopefully tonight, the Spartans will finally have an answer for the Boilermakers!

The Spartans didn't look focused beating Iowa but we are going to have to play our A game. But we will come out on top. Boiler UP !
