Recap: Washington vs. New Orleans

Barcelona, Spain (Sports Network) - Melvin Ely led the Hornets with 19 points and eight rebounds as New Orleans came away with a 102-80 preseason victory over the Washington Wizards.
Peja Stojakovic added 13 points and James Posey chipped in 11 for the Hornets, who handed Washington a 96-80 drubbing in Germany on Tuesday.
Caron Butler and JaVake McGee paced the Wizards with 15 points apiece. Antawn Jamison made his first appearance since straining his knee in the preseason opener, but hit on just 4-of-14 from the field for a total of nine points and seven rebounds.
