Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Joseph Addai's two-yard run was the go- ahead score in the fourth quarter and Houston's Kris Brown missed a 42-yard field goal on the final play of the game, as Indianapolis remained unbeaten by squeaking past Houston, 20-17, at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Addai ended with 63 yards on 14 carries and Peyton Manning finished 34-of-50 for 318 yards with one touchdown and an interception for the Colts (8-0), who matched the 1933-34 Chicago Bears for the third-longest streak in NFL history after posting their 17th consecutive victory.
Dallas Clark posted 14 receptions for 119 yards for Indianapolis, which hasn't lost since October 27, 2008 at Tennessee.
Matt Schaub was 32-of-43 for 311 yards, one score and two interceptions for the Texans (5-4), who saw their three-game win streak snapped.
Andre Johnson had 10 catches for 103 yards while Ryan Moats recorded a TD reception and Steve Slaton scored on the ground for Houston, which has dropped 14 of 15 meetings to its AFC South rivals since entering the league in 2002.
