Recap: Philadelphia vs. Washington

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Clinton Portis gained 145 yards on 29 carries with a touchdown, and the surprising Washington Redskins came back to stun the Philadelphia Eagles, 23-17.

A week after upending the Cowboys 26-24 in Dallas, the Redskins (4-1) rallied from an early 14-0 deficit to defeat the Eagles (2-3) in Philadelphia.

Jason Campbell completed 16-of-29 passes for 176 yards for Washington, which has won four in a row since dropping its opener to the New York Giants. Chris Cooley had eight catches for 109 yards and a score, and Antwaan Randle El had a touchdown pass for Washington, which also dominated on defense despite missing starters Jason Taylor, Shawn Springs, and Marcus Washington.

Brian Westbrook returned to the lineup for the Eagles but managed only 33 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries. Donovan McNabb completed 17-of-29 passes for 196 yards for Philadelphia, which has dropped two straight. DeSean Jackson had a 68-yard punt return for a score for the Eagles, who are in last place in the NFC East.

I'm picking the Eagles to run away with this one even though they have proven nothing and were tromped by a Cowboys team that Washington just beat on the road. It's just the way the game is going right now.

Washington is 3-1 right now and like you said the Eagle's have proven nothing........it'll be a good game cus the Eagle's may not have proven anything but they are a good team...however.....the only thing that the Eagle's might prove playing my SKINS is that the Eagle's can't beat 'em!!! Both games were a play away from having the other team win.  And last time I check a 4-point loss to a favored team on the road, while leading the whole way til the end, is not being tromped. 

McNabb has a 95.7 QB rating and he is still without Kevin Curtis and Westbrook for the past two games. 

Also, dominating the Steelers with 9 sacks, another 4 if you include the times Ben scrambled back to the line of scrimmage.  And playing Steven Jackson, Marion Barber, Willie Parker, and Matt Forte and leading the NFL in rush yards.
