Recap: San Jose vs. Toronto FC

Santa Clara, CA (Sports Network) - The San Jose Earthquakes capped off their return season to Major League Soccer with a 2-0 victory over visiting Toronto FC at Buck Shaw Stadium on Saturday night.
Ryan Cochran and Shea Salinas scored in the second half to propel the Earthquakes (8-13-9) to their eighth win of the season.
Toronto (9-12-8) finish their second season in MLS last in the Eastern Conference while the expansion 'Quakes have a chance to finish second-to-last in the West. They are currently one-point up on Los Angeles before the Galaxy's final game of the season on Sunday vs. FC Dallas.
