Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen could return against San Antonio tonight

by Brendanc8504 Brendanc8504 3/20/0941 Comment Comments »
As if you needed any more reason to watch a basketball game between the last 2 Champions of the NBA.

Ray Allen and KG have both taken the flight to San Antonio, and both have participated in shoot around drills this afternoon.

The big ticket has been gone for the past 13 games, and the Celtics need him in a desperate way right now to hold on to that #2 seed in the playoff hunt.

On the other side of the Arena, it looks as if Mano Ginobili could make his return to the court tonight, he has been out for the past 16 games.

Many happy returns could be in store for this evening, and it couldn't have come at a better time!

No. As in go anywhere and kick butt, BOSTON, CLEVELAND, SAN ANTONIO!!!!

We came to your house and kicked your butt, broke your home win streak, same with Cleveland. We are at home anywhere. But this year home will be at the Staples Center, throughout the playoffs. See you at my home where you will be leaving the hardware, if you can make it out of the East.

I see there are a few that may be feeling a little bit threatened by the Celtics. They are gonna have to do more than just talk. I just don't see the Lakers in the final dance. Do you?

I dont think the Lakers will have a problem making it out of the west, they just want be able to handle the east

Celtics better worry about Cleveland and Orlando before you book a flight West............Remember the PATS, they did not win either.

Like I said the Lakers won the season series.............why would I be threatened or even concerned?
Didn't the Celtics loose to the Clippers? That is funny and pathetic.

How many times are you and I going to have this same conversation? The Lakers beat us, okay cool. Regular season means nothing once it comes playoff time. Your next comment, the Celtics have been hurting due to injuries for a while. missing key components of our starting 5, and then losing members from the bench.

To consider that the Celtics have held on to the number 2 spot in the east even after all the adversity they have had to overcome this season, everyone is on notice! They are coming, and they are about to claim a record EIGHTEENTH Championship banner!

to give full credit where credit is due....... They have met in a Finals game 63 times, with the edge going to the Celtics. 11 NBA Finals have featured the Celtics and the Lakers. The Celtics have won all but 2 of them!

I am saying if you are so good, what happened the first time? Hell you should have swept the series, like the Lakers did  in Boston and in L.A.. BTW............I live in Indiana and the Pacers beat the CELTICS too.....

Is this a history lesson or are we dealing with CURRENT EVENTS.
Magic and Bird is the beginning of your era and by your own stats it is all even, head to head, yet the Lakers have won more titles than Boston in recent history.
Besides you were not even alive in 59 YOUNGBLOOD, that is ancient history.
