Remember the movie "Everybody's All American"?  I've actually met him, and his Heisman Trophy.

Billy Cannon opened up a new gs station on property adjoining my grandather's property. The gas station was in walking distance from my granfather's house. I walked down to the Grand Opening, hosted by Billy Cannon. He brought along his Heismann Trophy for display, and showed his highlights from the old reel projector.  There were only about 20 people who've attended.
My late father was Billy Cannon's JV high school track coach.
