 I have to agree about folks getting their priorities straight. Unfortunately, I don't see anything changing anytime soon. It's like it's a part of our society at this point. It's depressing.

 When I was about 16 I vandalized all kinds of things. Schools, garages, bathrooms, people.

When I was working for the Chicago Public Schools my car got vandalized with a bunch of GD crap.

I don't know what you talking about, I do not fear CPS.  My son is only 6 months, but I would hand my stepson, nephews and nieces the phone if they tried to call someone on me.

Kids are smart, if you are scared of CPS, they know it.  Show no fear.

 When my oldest was 15 she got caught tagging a raquetball court with friends, They had to clean it, paint it, 30 hours of community service and she received a  beat down from me like no other

 My granddaughter would do something like that. She decorated the walls of the living room with bugs the size or murals with a permanent marker while her mother was napping.  She was quite sneaky at 4 years old and quiet when she wanted to be.  Had to Kilz the walls three times before we could paint them!
