#10 \| 13 days ago vikings4us (+)	I agree.. I coach my daughters softball team.. They always asked if we won, I would always ask them if they had fun, because if they had fun the were winners to me.. We have been undefeated for 3 years.. so we were winning, I just didnt want them to think we were the best.. After last year, I was told not to come back... The other coaches from the other teams didnt like the fact that I was teaching my kids how to play the game.. the right way!!! I think they were just tired of losing Enter the poll to see my answer

#16 \| 13 days ago kammi42 (+)	You just have to understand both sides of the coin...participating is fun and important and build team work friendship and pride in yourself but also that even though winning isnt everything its a part of it and you should be proud of how well you did and if you didnt win that it is something to strive towards. The trophies and medals will gather dust and get lost the friendships and sense of achievement will stay with you forever so think of yourself as a winner all the time.

We cheer him on, try to give pointers and all that. But we don't push him too hard. We want him to excel but even more, we want him to participate. Enter the poll to see my answer
