+1 thumbs upAny game against Webb looks like a trap, but Utley hits him very well.

+1 thumbs upYeah, Utley's too hot not to pick him. I'll settle for him going 1-3 as Webb pitches a 1-hitter.

He was hitless in 2 of his last 3 though after only going hitless in 2 of the first 31 games.

I'm not saying he won't get a hit, I just thought it was an interesting stat.

I dropped him off my fantasy team......no, I'm not THAT dumb!

1. Melky Cabrera (NYY) vs CLE  2. 4-6  3. MInnesota @ White Sox

Not only did most take Utley, at least seven people agree with me on all three questions.  This has disaster writter all over it.

Now we wait and see what kind of tiebreaker everyone used.  I used the Philly/Arizona game because it's one of those that could go either way.  It will either be a pitchers duel or the D-Backs will shell Myers and put up a lopsided number.  The Phillies are capable of ripping Webb if he is off today as well.

In short (without rambling), it will be interesting to see what all 8 of you put as tiebreakers.

1. Melky Cabrera (NYY) vs CLE  2. 4-6  3. San Francisco @ Pittsburgh

+1 thumbs upQuestion, Glaus pinch hit in the Cards game and walked, which doesn't count as and offical at bat.  Does that go against the streak?  Not many picked Glaus anyway, but interesting situation

Since there wasn't an official at-bat, I'll score it like he didn't play.
1. Melky Cabrera (NYY) vs CLE  2. 4-6  3. San Francisco @ Pittsburgh

Why did Utley only have 2 ABs? Was he hurt?  I was thinking walks but noticed he was replaced.

+1 thumbs upI don't know.  It looks like he was involved in a double switch, but I can't find anything about why he was taken out.  A double switch with your best hitter is kind of nuts though.

Troy Glaus did not have an official at-bat today.   Anyone with a streak that chose him will have their streak roll over to tomorrow's poll.
