As much as I loved Busch II, Busch III is awesome!

At Tuner Field every seat is a good seat, I intern here so I know, and did you know Tuner Field also had $1.00 tickets so if you just wanted to go hang out at the center near the top for drinks to hang out for a $1.00 you can with open bar with looks at a big screen of the game from this standing area. $1.00 tickets you have hit all target markets Mr. Turner, and with this seating, if you do not like baseball, you will after seating at Turner Field.A+ Turner Field

Phone Company Park in San Francisco.   How could that NOT be on the list?

Because, like you just demonstrated, it can't keep a name for more than 5 minutes! LOL

Maybe the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in Orange County within California as part of the United States on the North American continent should play there, since they have the same problem.

I like the park the Giants play at. I love the view of the bay next to the stadium.

Fenway.  No mallpark nonsense, just old school urban neighborhood baseball beauty.

Speaking of picturesque...

This is rivaled only by PNC I think.

Wrigley Field, The Ivy on the wall, the scoreboard, the lake right behind it with the boats sailing on it. To me it just doesn't get any better than that.

The new TCF Bank park in downtown Mpls will be a real gem for the 15-20 games/year when it is not too hot, cold or wet.

Wow.  Playing under a roof has made Minnesota fans soft.

PS...  Did the sponsor change?  I thought it was Target Field.

sorry, nowhere better than petco park in san diego.  even the standing room areas are close to the field.

And the most amazing stadium in the world is left off the list.

Unbelievable.

Petco is nice.  Better than the Murph ever was.  And better than many of the newer parks out there....  But PNC and that bay side one up north has it beat.

Sorry.

For old-school ambience, I'd go with Wrigley. The way it's in the middle of a neighborhood... you can stand out on Waveland Avenue and try to snag home run balls. PNC is gorgeous, which is a good thing, because the stadium itself is about the only reason to visit it.

But there's one more with a magnificent backdrop:

Again...  Nice.  Better than most.  And I think often overlooked when it comes to nice new yards.

But certainly not in the class of PNC or Phone Company Park.

Did you know Coors is the 3rd-oldest park in the NL? Amazing.

I was thinking about that...  I think the age goes...  Wrigley Field, Dodger Stadium...  But Coors is not next...  Whatever the current name of the place the Fish play in is next.  They have been playing there since '93 and the stadium has been there longer than that.  Coors first season was '95.

You know, another one I think may be underrated is Royals Stadium.  I'm hoping to get to a game there next season.

Marlins I believe is Pro Players Stadium, wait, I think they renamed it Land Shark... I know they were playing the Dolphins stadium... not sure about it; I just recall hearing that Coors (opened 1995) was third-oldest.

OK, just looked it up-- if the Wikipedia article is correct-- Land Shark (Miami) was opened in 1987. So Coors is fourth-oldest. According to this list, only eight of the 30 were built before 1990. Three of those are in California (Oakland and both L.A. teams). Dodgers Stadium (1962) is the oldest remaining after Fenway and Wrigley.

It can't be.

Wrigley opened in 1912 or something similar.

Dodger Stadium opened in 61 or 62.  Can't remember (but who WANTS to?)

Then the Fish are playing in the same place they started in 1993.

Since Coors opened in 1995, than makes them the 4th oldest.

Either you are remembering reading it wrong, or what you read was horridly incorrect.

ML31, if I didn't know any better, I would say you're just a hopeless homer - degrading everyone else's comments just to drive home your neighborhood's park that can't decide on a name! LOL

But we all know that's not true.....
