+3 thumbs upwe used to have XM, I never really listened to it.

I have Sirius on my satellite.  I have it on during parties and while I clean, usually on the 90's and today station.

Sports! XM channel 144 is called XMSN (Sports Nation). On Sirius, I listen to NASCAR channel 128. My favorite personality is Claire B. Lang on XMSN. She has a show named "Dialed In" that is just the best NASCAR show anywhere!

+3 thumbs upGot the Sinatra channel, the Punk channel, Political Talk, and ESPN Radio all programmed into the Sirius (my wife has some of her own...but whatever).  On the XM, well, it generally stays on ESPN, sometimes Talk News...but it doesn't do the programmed button thing.

+1 thumbs upI have 4 XM receivers, my wifes car, my truck, my motorcycle, and my sons truck and one unused under my desk.  I think XM is leaps and bounds above SIRIUS, any one thing, system or ID-10-T who signs stern to a multi-million $$$$ contract will never be listened to in my house or my vehicles.  Channels 121, 144, 150, 151, 7, 8, 9, 13, 17, 21.

I love my Sirius, I get all I need. I get my NFL, Stern, My 80's New Wave (which has a few of the DJ's from the station I used to listen to my music in the 80's), Left of Center, BBC News, Sinatra, BBC Radio 1, College Football and Basketball, NBA, and so on and so on.

Have one in the house and one in the car and I love it, I listen to very little "regular radio" now. It is great on long trips to have it and only worrying about finding an open frequency instead of finding out the hard way what you can pick up.
