i got my hairs did and freaking love it! today was the first day i was on my own as far as washing and styling and i got this s**t in the bag.

it freaks me out how much i actually look like my age now. except for that bullet hole stress zit i grew literally as bridget cut my hair.

sam the dog ate two br****es off the counter that were so good, he probably coulda just had one. he's under close surveillance, but we're pretty sure he's just having a severe case of not being able to feel his feet and smells being too loud.

two weeks in a row, workaholics made me gag and walking dead didn't. it's a weird shift.

It is potato chip day!
I think my ex is lying about sickness so he doesn't have to keep his child. I don't really care, but he's stupid.
So, one of my hawks hurt my favorite laker (unintentionally (ish) but still), I'm not amused.

12th man!  Doesn't mean I'll be a Seahawks fn, though!

Afternoon Q'ers!  My mother in law suffered two mini strokes on Tuesday, but thankfully is doing much better.  Just having a problem waking around.  Her mind is fine.  Thank God for miracles, and for prayers from everyone.

Weather is weird here...it was snowing earlier...just flurries.  Now, the sun is out, but the wind chill is like 20 degrees...brrrr...

Not too much else....Rotary Club meeting was moved to evening, so tat means I can have ome adult beverages, which I normally can't at lunch....might be cutting off some toes if I did that...then we'd have to call the....."toe" truck?  I know, I'll stick to my day job.

Here's today's pic...enjoy!

I know their is a less than pleasant term for people who hook up with someone after their friend has already been with that same person, wink however I am starting to think the Vikings like that name if they sign both Greg Jennings and Brian Uhrlacher from their 2 most hated division rivals!

*sigh*  I had no idea there was a day.  I thought it was celebrating the release of the movie.

I guess I'm not a dork.  I don't like Math any more.  I loved it as a kid, but I don't understand whatever the crap is that is being taught now.

It has occurred to me that I need to keep my opinions to myself.   I have been avoided like the plague lately.  Sorry if I offended anyone  here :(

Leigh, I LOVE your hair.  You are HAWT!!  (yep, that was my opinion)

Kurt, my mother started suffering mini strokes a few years ago.  She has had several, affected her walking, and convinced her she was dying (she has been dying from some illness or another for as long as I can remember - my earliest memories are when I was 3)  She is on medication and healthy as a horse according to her doctor, still dying, according to her.

It's an elimination game in my hockey league tonight. we'll see just how badly we want to sacrifice our saturday night by winning tonight

Avs play Minnesota tonight.. Looking to climb out of the Western Conference cellar. But according to the company line, everything is going greeeeeat

It's gorgeous out today, I just got back from walking the streets of downtown Denver on a job walk with one of my clients.  So many pubs with patios looked so inviting. And bless the young lady with your coy smile wearing gray yoga pants. Our mutual appreciation, mine for your sense of style, yours for my taking notice was obvious

Dumbest thing I've ever heard. You don't kill a great 90 year rivalry.

Maybe MLB should move the Red Sox to the NL. Make ESPN cry.

What I don't get, is that the Wings have been pushing this for years?? I understand the travel costs & TV times - blah blah blah - but aren't they one of the few US based teams that basically print money?

Agreed, but my money's on Tampa. Lots of Canadian (MTL/TOR/OTT) snowbirds in South Florida. The Panther's Jonathan Huberdeau tells the stories about going to a ton of Panthers games as a kid, because they couldn't get (or afford) Habs tickets when he was a kid. We all go to Fla or Cuba for a week or two in the winter and a hockey team there just adds to the vacation perks.

If they were smart, they'd keep it at 30.. Relocate Phoenix but keep them in the West and relocate Florida to the west giving 15 teams per "conference"
That way if they decide on expansion down the road, they could bring in one team into each conference to make 16
Boom

Happy Pi Day! Here are some pie charts. I think Wonkblog posted these same ones last year, but screw it, they're fun.

Apparently a higher up at DON wants my agency to have at least someone on site during furlough at all times, so we're splitting the furloughs between Mondays and Fridays. My division is for the moment in the Mondays group.

I wrote a lot of words about the NL Central. Go read them.

Tonight we meet Jean Ralphio's twin sister on Parks and Rec. Man is that going to be hilarious.

So watching the WBC has made me never want to attend a game involving a team from the Carribean in person. I am all for yelling for your team and cheering, but if I sat next to some a$$hole with a trumpet(or other form of musical instrument) for 9 innings. And he sits there making annoying sounds, not playing music. I would be involved in a fight! I am about one inning away from hitting the mute button on my TV!
