#7 \| 129 days ago rrl100807 (+)	+3 I take showers every single day, but i wash my hair every other day, my hair is long, and and very well taken care of, technically you are not supposed to wash you hair everyday, because the soap strips the natural oils you hair makes and it eventually causes hair to be more oily because double time oil production. 4

I shower every day, depending on work and if I go to the lake 2 times a day. Same with my hair, it's thick and gets oily, so I have to. I just switch out shampoos and conditioners every week and once a month do a hot oil treatment. 7 1
