Yes it Increased when my Son was born, but when we had a daughter it decreased as I was attached more towards my daughter, and till date she is my Life. I can't think the world without her(daughter).

I think the attraction increases after marriage.  Now i am not talking about physical attraction but the deep love between a married couple.  Married people have a certain security in knowing that their love is there day or night.  Marriage does take alot of work and especially when it gets in a rut as most marriages do at some point.  Then you have to go back  to the courting days and do some of those things to bring back the excitment.

When we have a new female in the house, the love automatically gets halved, Deepak.  Those who do not have a daughter, long for one, and those who have more than one, start getting ready to face a little bit tough life in the coming future.  This is more prevalent here in our country, India. For us, our daughters are the real meaning of life and a responsibility that we take to our hearts!

There are many a misunderstanding between a couple after marriage.  In the initial stages, the love is nothing but lust.  With the incoming of a child, a little responsibility gets added in the love.

After the children have attained an age where they start interfering, the husband and wife feel the need for each other more and with the passage of time, once the children have got married, the love develops into a strange relationship which is purely understanding one another and dependency on either.  There may be a few exceptions here and there, though.

Finally, in the old age, each is for one self (usually the case) since both realize that they cannot support the other.

So love has its ups and downs and it does increase and/or decrease with the time and the situation.  There can be no hard and fixed rule for its changing graph!

I can definitely say without a doubt after marriage at some point it must have decreased which led to the fall of my first marriage.
Second and last marriage, this one went into with eyes wide open and knew the meaning of marriage and it has increased since both respect the marriage and understand there is no pumpkin carriage coming and no glass shoe.

I've always said this, "My relationship is with my kids!"  Is there such a thing as happily ever after? Not really now a days. You can love someone, but not be in love with them. That is too common in many of todays relationship.

Aw hell, my love for people has decreased or increased without marriage.  Usually it has decreased.    Guess it's good that I've never been married then, huh?

Love is one of the most  vital ingredient of not only marriage, but life itself, that makes us pine for life.

Keep on loving, even if the person who you loved, did not reciprocate, for love grows more in you as you love more.

as stated before, it's what you put into a marriage. If love ever decreases, that is self-explanatory. I do not believe in misery loves company, i can be miserable all by myself- selfish to inflict misery on others because your scared to be alone. Isnt that how you were born,, alone excpet for twins, triplets and so forth
