How Bad Has The Olympic Judging Been In Woman's Gymnastics?

It would seem that the panel of judges that have been assembled to judge Gymnastics really are screwing over certain atheltes out of Gold Medals, while I do not know all the nuances of Gymnastics I have watched it for enough years to know that when I see a routine and then see another I can tell which one is better or if mistakes were made. Even the commentators have continually amazed at the "Judges Integrity" and have outright stated they were wrong. It is very remeniscent of Figure Skating a few years back, which eventually led to a whole new scoring system in the sport. It's a shame a biased judge can effect the dreams of Olympic Competetors.

It is clear the judging has been erratic and placed athletes like Liuken and other USA Gymnists in bad positions where they had to come up with a almost perfect p-erformence to Medal, when they should already have been higher in the events already. USA Ripped Off

USA is getting so ripped off. Yeah, what a joke. That Chinese girl didn't even land on her feet and fall forward...she landed directly on her knees! Terrible judging so far.

(sarcasm ) +3 Actually, the Chinese girl that finished third had a horrobile routine and all they were talking about was how wrong it was for her to recieve the high score she received. Although the Americans went 1-2, the judging-given that the Chinese girls beam was horrible, ended up with a medal anyway! Bad, Very Bias

She didn't stand a chance with those judges. USA Ripped Off

#12 \| 84 days ago JrCanuckFan (+)	+3 I'm Canadian and the TV barely showed the Canadian gymnastics, cuz we sucked anyway. Maybe I don't have as "personal" a point of view of USA against the Chinese, however, from what I saw, the American girls were far superior, managing to put the nerves at rest when they made mistakes and STILL come back to excellence (the floor routines when 3 out of 4 stepped out of bounds). I did not enjoy most of the Chinese ladies (sarcastic - they were babies) or men's routines, but that was a personal preference. I did NOT agree with the high scores the Chinese got either, tho and that was NOT personal preference. Are They Watching What We
