 +2 thumbs upConsidering they have a fairly easy schedule and play in one of the worst (if not the worst) divisions in the NFL, I can see them winning quite a few games. They wont go undefeated, but winning 13 wouldn't shock me either.

 +1 thumbs up Their D is hurting, but Brady wont let them lose more than 3 games. Look for them to stumble early in the playoffs.

 +1 thumbs upyou have to figure that w/ their conference, there are 6 guaranteed wins. like usual, the colts should be their toughest competition. they should be able to pull out victories in games such as pittsburgh, san diego, denver and seattle. games like oakland, new york jets (2x), miami (2x), buffalo (2x), arizona, san francisco and st louis arent all completely gimmes, but a team like NE should be able to put them all in their place and beat all of them. so like always, and not only on NE's schedule, but the Colts should be the only game that, comparing to last season, could give the patriots some troubles. but there will be teams that could always pull out an upset, or the suprise teams that do a lot better then expected

 +1 thumbs upIt was painful to put it but I'm thinkin they come out with 14 wins this year but I hope they don't do that well. I'm tired of the Patriots always winning.

 Their defense is older, Wes Welker is forced into the 2nd reviever spot, and people know how to beat them... they'll finish worse record wise this year, and I doubt they win the title.

 +1 thumbs upI think teams will harass Brady a lot more this year.  He had his worst games against teams that pushed him around a little last year.  With that said, they are still in the AFC East which should get them 6 easy wins.  I think 13 wins is about right.

I am by no means a Patriot fan in fact quite the opposite.  They did lose some on defense to free agency but with an easier schedule and with the talent they have they should win at least 12 but probably more like 14.  The easier schedule may prove to be a detriment when they get to the playoffs and the talent of the teams increases.
