I'd go down to the local high school and draft them all

Tampa Bay needs to focus on the O line, not QB. Ask David Carr how it feels to play behind a sub par line. Next I wouldn't have Cut Brooks, he was still a contributor and the heart and soul of your team. 3rd I would have upgraded the defensive line. I lived in Tampa from 2000- 2006 and watched them decline on both sides of the ball line wise and they did nothing but bring in QB's, WR's and RB's? Note to Bucs front office; these positions perform really well when there is talent blocking up front and your LB's and DB's look like all pros with a solid defensive front.

I'm not sure why you harp on the OL so much. The OL is not the problem...How many games have you watched this year and last?

Earnest Graham ran wild in '07 and '08 and he's not exactly a top notch RB. This seaon both Caddy and Ward are averaging 4.0 ypc or better.

While the pass blocking is not as good as the run blocking, even there it's not horrible. Ware and the Cowboys recorded exactly ZERO sacks on Leftwich in the opener. Donald Penn is going to shock people with the money he is going to get next year in free agency. I guarantee somebody on this site will comment 'Who the heck is Donald Penn and how did he get that much jack?'

Penn, Zuttah, Faine, Joseph, and Trueblood are very capable, it's the league leading dropped passes and subpar QB play that is doing the Bucs in on the offensive side of the ball. Do we even have to discuss the defense? Ugh.

as I was expecting a responde from you mark, I amnot saying that the O line is horrible but it is by far league leading group. Look at the Lions and Bucs and you will see my point.Perinial powers in the NFL focus first on lineman. The bucs traded away talent for nothing or just let them go (Brooks, Lynch, McFarland, on and on) it is catching them now.

The defensive line is in shambles, no doubt about that. Hopefully the Bucs select Ndamukong Suh next April.

The OL includes 4 top three rounds draft picks including two first rounders:(Joseph and Faine) and Penn, not sure how much more investment you want to put into it.

Do you think Raheem will be back next year as Head Coach?

I think the defense misses Derrick the most - his grit & leadership alone would give them a couple of wins by now (versus the Skins & Panthers). I concur with Mark: the OL is the least of the team's worries at this point.
