+4 thumbs upI'm a huge Forrest fan, so I might be biased, but I really think that he has improved a lot. His work with Randy Couture is paying off big time, and I saw him using a lot of the same strategy against Rampage that Couture used against Tim Sylvia. Forrest isn't the brawler that everyone saw on the TUF1 finale, he's a much more polished fighter now. While I think that Rashad may have initially been better, I think that Forrest's skill level is just now starting to really catch up to his popularity level.

+2 thumbs upEvans and Tito Ortiz fought to a draw. Griffin beat Tito, the judges just didn't see it that way. And now, Forrest is a MUCH better fighter than he was back then. I don't think it would be much of a contest.

+1 thumbs upForrest's fighting style makes Rampage's hit and run look like a life style. Shad is a better striker, better wrestler, better submission fighter, and he's from Big Ten country. Really though I think Shad is the better fighter and Forrest is overrated because of his popularity.

+1 thumbs upForrest has taken his game to another level. He is a complete fighter who also happens to have more determination than just about anyone in the UFC. He would find a way to defeat Evans, if they fought.
