+4 thumbs upI would have chosen smell, if only it wasn't so connected to taste.

+1 thumbs upI already have decreased sensation in my left hand so i know that sucks.  I need to be able to hear and see to work so I guess it would have to be smell.  Even though I would have to give up some sense taste I would not have to give it all up.

+1 thumbs upI started to say taste so I wouldnn't have to worry about dieting ever again, but then I realized I wouldn't be able to taste chocolate ever again and that's just not worth it!

To be able to still HEAR music or the wind blow....
To be able to still SEE the faces of those you love or the sun set....
To be able to still TASTE a sweet wine or a fine food.....
To be able to still SMELL frech cut grass or the perfume of the one you love....
All those would make up for touch.......

+2 thumbs upno wonder you can spend endless time at the keyboard...My right hand should be that way soon.  ( Not to make light of a medical condition)

As a musician I have to say sight.   That way I could still hear and make music.  I need touch to play my guitar, and taste and smell would be useful in getting the inspiration when writing songs.

+4 thumbs upI don't know if you're still a virgin, or you just haven't had sex for a while, but the sense of touch has a lot to do with it, and man... I'd rather FEEL the one I love than smell some generic perfume, or grass clippings.

Seeing that I am 40 and married....your sex questions ring pretty hollow.  And I am not talking about the perfume she may wear, but the smell that is the person you love.  Some day when you get married you will know what I mean.
