well... last night really made me shake my head. The republican nominee for President of the United States was scheduled to be the feature interview in prime time on Fox News ( not Fox sports) and detail his plan to lower fuel prices. But... of course... that interview was then buried at the back end of the show because the GODFATHER of pro football decided to open up with Deanna's pal Greta. hey, who cares about recession and $150 crude and $5.00 at the pump when the GODFATHER wants to speak. Supposedly Al Queda militants were ready to watch Mccain and plot how to destroy his energy policy... but by the end of the show... Bin Laden was ready to call Al Jazeera to discuss what a wonderful "Jihadist" this Favre guy would be. After seeing the interview... McCain was heard to say " The packers are making him a prisoner of gridiron war... and nobody knows more about that than me!" The Obama campaign, not to be out done, soon released a statement from Barak saying " I am 1/69 native american... brett favre is 1/4 native american... brett and i know persecution... and what the packers are doing to brett favre is similar to what the evil American Gov't did to native americans... yes, you native americans are not welcome to live here with us... but you aren't just free to go choose your own land... we will arrange where and when you go". As this story now becomes an international story... it makes me wonder if AAron Rodgers is in danger of being attacked by one of the "Favre Militia" that is doing drills at lambeau and Milwaukee in the last 2 weeks. Could one of the favre militia pull a "Jeff Gilooly" and sprint out on the practice field and take out Rodger's knee? Rumors are that behind the brat stop in Kenosha, people in green and gold hoods and gowns were seen burning a stuffed #12 figure in effigy. Will this situation end in violence? Will Packer shareholders take up arms and fight a shareholder "civil war" ? I mean, as horrible as it sounds... the easiest solution at this point is for Rodgers to get hurt? everybody kisses and makes up. favre says that he dedicating this season to "Aaron Rodgers" and wishes him a quick recovery. In order to come in and replace the injured Rodgers, Ted Thompson agrees to clean brush at Brett's farm for 20 hours per week in the offseason. Situation resolved...brett returns...packers win super bowl. brett retires.rodgers comes back off injury in a contract year and battles brian brohm for the right to replace favre... end of story????????? Is Aaron Rodgers in danger??????
