 Despite the problems in Jerez, I think that Mercedes can't be written off that easily. As of Lewis Hamilton, I think its about time he drove a car which actually had a gearbox which would work. McLaren have to reflect on the facts of why they lost great drivers in Alonso and Hamilton.
