MINNESOTA TWINS SERIES POLL VS. NEW YORK YANKEES (5/30-6/2) (Edited 05/29/08 12:22PM by jengirrl2007)

       The Minnesota Twins begin a seven-game Domestand on Friday, starting a four-game set with Derek Jeter and the New York Yankees, on Friday through Monday, at the Metrodome.  The probable pitching matchups are:

 

    Friday (5/30)-- Mike Mussina (7-3, 4.39 ERA) vs. Glen Perkins (2-1, 2.77); 7:10 pm

    Saturday (5/31)-- Chien-Ming Wang (6-2, 3.82) vs. Boof Bonser (2-6, 6.16); 6:10 pm

    Sunday (6/1)-- Darrell Rasner (3-1, 1.80) vs. Nick Blackburn (4-3, 3.49); 1:10 pm

    Monday (6/2)-- TBA vs. Livan Hernandez (6-2, 4.60); 6:05 pm

 

Monday night's game is scheduled to be on ESPN.

If any listed starters do NOT start, their replacement's stats will be used (same for position players!); as soon as I can get the info on who the Yankees will start on Monday night, I will include it.

 +1 thumbs upThe Yankees' starters for Sat. and Monday have changed since I did the poll yesterday; Wang is now scheduled for Sat.(not Kennedy), and there hasn't been an official announcement of the Monday night pitcher(Pettite?).  I didn't want to cancel the poll, but someone notify me if that changes their answer for question 2 or 3.  Sorry about that!!
