Player Haters???????????????
I have seen time and time again people who dis players saying they are this and that, I have occasionally been with that same group, but I have also come to the conclusion that if those players were on my team, I would think differently............. Does everyone think this way??????? Is there a player you hate but if they were on your team you would be all for it?????????

+2 thumbs upI posted this because I see people say that Favre, Steve Young, Randy Moss are over rated, shoot at one time I have said it also, but case in fact, me included, If any of them were on my team, would they be over rated any longer, um hell no................. I have decided not to be judgmental just because of the team a person is on anymore. If they are good, well all credit is due..........

Exception of course for the Patriots

Okay, I'll swallow all of my sports pride:  Kobe(yak, gag, ralph).  He is a waste of a skin sack in many ways to me; but Oh my gosh can he play basket ball.

Next, A-Rod---he has a 16 month old little girl and he has reportedly seen her 3 times since she's been born.  Quality guy...NOT!!!  Guys been dipping his wick into a lot of his stuff but not his spectacularly beautiful wife(at least not as of late).  I believe in fidelity and being a strong parent.  He's a putz!

+2 thumbs upI could see Pronger slashing someone with a PW or checking someone on a putt. Now regardless that would be some cool golf, then I would watch it. Cross Check on Woods ...............

+1 thumbs upI loved Artest when he played for the Pacers, but now not so much..LOL!.  I don't have to worry about that stuff as a Colt fan, because they don't draft or go after guys with questionable integrity.

+3 thumbs upRay Lewis.  I can't stand him.  But if he played for the Falcons, he would probably be my favorite player.  And an idiot for choosing to play for them.

+1 thumbs upSean Avery...actually to be honest I don't really hate him but just about everybody else does.

Patrick Roy... I loved it when the Wings would beat him and get soooo pi$$ed when they lost to him

Probably Tie Domi.  I hated him because he played for the Leafs, yet a lot of my game was styled off of his, especially his lack of fear in fighting anyone he had to, regardless of how bad the other player might have beaten him before.

+3 thumbs upI'm weird when it comes to that - if I don't like a player it's for a reason and I wouldn't even like them if they were on my team. Case in point, Chris Pronger and Todd Bertuzzi. A friend even said "Congratulations" to me when he heard that Bertuzzi was put on unconditional waivers because people know how I feel. I wish they'd do the same with Pronger and I HATE the fact that they made him captain. He is not a good leader on the ice; maybe there's something going on off the ice that we don't see that makes him good but quite frankly I think it's humiliating that our captain is out there getting suspended all the time for doing stupid things on the ice.

I can't think of anyone right now

+3 thumbs upOff the cuff, I'd say Jerry Porter in football, cuz he talks MADness...Baseball, it's Curt Schilling, and if I were his teammate, I'd say 'Shut up and pitch...Beeeaoootch!'...basketball would be Shaq, just becuz he would have the funniest responses...

+1 thumbs upBarry Bonds. He is one athlete that I just despise in every sense of the word. I have seen him throughout the years just do some horrible things, even to his own fans. Would I want him on MY team hitting 60 Home Runs..well I would be lying if I said no, but in retrospect I don't think I would. Steroids aside, yes I would want him, but I would never be able to really root for him like one of my own Cubs. He is a great Ballplayer even without steroids, but not the Ballplayer that set all those records...that was the "Steroids Bonds".

+1 thumbs up Scott Stevens was one hell of a Defensemen and Leader. The Devils have never been the same without him. Many people think he was a cheap shot artist because of those bruising hits, like on Lindros, but they were clean. I would have liked for him to have given one of those "Open Ice Specials" to Todd Bertuzzi.
