You are supposed to call the police or intervene if necessary. Like in the case of that 15 year old girl who was raped by 12 people while 20 people stood by and watched, the bystandards are being charged too.

I'm still pissed and that was yesterday!!!! The cops were not worth a damn, I know the odds are not in my favor, but at least be a little sympathetic. Oh wait, i'm talking about a town where every bank had been robbed (some 2-3 times) and no one has been caught!!!! Not a big town, not small - but definitely one I am glad I MOVED OUT OF!!! #26 \| 10 days ago tumble_weed (+)	I think we're all like that at one time or another. I've ignored the "disabled vet" at the side of the road. "Will work for food". I've asked them to mow the lawn or wash my car and I get excuses why they can't. So, how do I know who really needs the money, or if I'm getting taken advantage of? And, in my defense, I've had a few people turn a blind eye to me. I'm disabled (I have a rare nervous system disorder) but I look normal. I pulled into a parking space and put my placard on the mirror and got out of my car. Some guy started yelling, You aren't disabled. Move your fuc*in' car before I call the police." I offered to wait or call the police myself but he said he was on his way to work. There's a lot of ignorant people out there. Well, as George Carlin said, "N.I.M.B.Y.......Not in my backyard"
