South Park secondary character battle

I've done a series of video game character battle polls that has just reached the finals (check it out here), and it gave me the idea to do the same for South Park SECONDARY characters; Cartman, Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Chef will NOT be included as they would all almost definetely be the top 5 seeds/make the final four and destroy the point of this poll. These are all characters that play smaller roles and are not seen in every episode.

Remember, this is a vote on your favorite character, not who would win in a fight.

I will take the top fifteen. You may be wondering why such an odd number. I am leaving the 16th spot for write-ins who didn't make this list who will battle it out in a separate poll (assuming there are more than one write-ins)
