The FanIQ Nascar Sprint Cup Commissioner Challenge: Sharpie 500 (Edited 08/19/08 05:06PM by Scott)

One week after Carl Edwards led the Roush-Fenway Ford parade to the win at the 3M Performance 400, the Nascar Sprint Cup Series heads to Bristol for some short track at the Sharpie 500.  Last year at this race, Kasey Kahne sat on the pole and led 305 laps but it was Carl Edwards who was able to take home the win, ahead of Kahne, Clint Bowyer, Tony Stewart and Dale Earnhardt Jr.  Can Edwards make it back to back at Bristol for Roush-Fenway Racing?  Will recent past winners Matt Kenseth or Dale Earnhardt Jr find there way to victory lane?  Will another of the short track racing wizards be able to take home the checkered flag?  Will this be the race where Jeff Gordon takes home his first win of the 2008 season?  How will Kahne fare after dropping to 12th in the Sprint Cup points race?  Can the RCR cars find there way back to the front of the field at this race?  How will the Dodge's fare after struggling at Michigan?  Which drivers will survive the bumping and banging that is common on a short track?  How will the rookies fare in there second chance at Bristol?  Will this years race be more exciting then last years?  Will there be a surprise winner in the Sharpie 500?  Which drivers will have the best finishes?  Which cars will struggle and how will the top 12 look after the race?

Answer these questions for the Sharpie 500

+3 thumbs upWell there goes my chance to get 2 medals in the same weekend.  Is this damn bug EVER going to get fixed?  I'm getting sick and tired of dealing with all the crap I've seen on this site all week.  None of my NASCAR blogs have been featured because of these problems, I couldn't even find time to write a live thread for the Nationwide series race for Bristol because of all the issues, and I don't know if I even want to be a part of this site until the problems are fixed.
