The FanIQ Nascar Sprint Cup Commissioner Challenge: Toyota/Save Mart 350 (Edited 06/19/08 06:48PM by Scott)

One week after Dale Earnhardt Jr. broke his 76 race winless streak by taking the win at the LifeLock 400, the Nascar Sprint Cup Series heads to the west coast for some road racing in the Toyota/Save Mart 350.  Last year at this race, Jamie McMurray paced the field in qualifying but it was Juan Pablo Montoya who took home the win ahead of Kevin Harvick, Jeff Burton, Clint Bowyer and Greg Biffle.  Can Montoya make it back to back for Chip Ganassi Racing?  Can 5 time winner Jeff Gordon get back to the winners circle?  Will past winners Kurt Busch, Jamie McMurray or Tony Stewart be able to find there way to victory lane?  Can the road course specialists of Robby Gordon or Boris Said make there mark at Sonoma?  How will the rookies fare in the first taste on a road course?  Which drivers without much road course success will have the best finishes?  Answer these questions and the ones below for the Toyota/Save Mart 350.

I like to get the polls out as soon as possible, only problem is that with road courses you never know who is going to be entered in the race.  I thought I did a rather decent job until I looked at the entry list and saw alot more road course ringers then usual

1. Joe Gibbs/Chip Ganassi (Stewart, Hamlin, Ky. Busch / Montoya, Sorenson and Franchitti)   2. 6-8  3. 28-30  4. 2-3  5. 4-5  6. 5-6  7. 1-5  8. 2  9. 3  10. 3  11. Robby Gordon  12. Kurt Busch  13. Denny Hamlin  14. Kevin Harvick  15. Greg Biffle  16. Ryan Newman  17. Scott Pruett  18. Sam Hornish Jr.  19. Ron Fellows  20. Jeff Burton/Jeff Gordon

+3 thumbs upScott, got a question in regards to the cautions, when you say "how many will there be" are you referring to FULL COURSE cautions, or just any yellow hankie that comes out? Just askin cause you know on a road course sometimes they just throw the flag in a certain area of the track, while the rest stays under green. thank ya
