I really like McFadden he has a big body like AP & has great speed like AP but there something about Steve Slaton that catch my eyes when he was with UWV. He was a great pass catcher & he can run the ball like no other back in college football the only RB was as good like was McFadden & I feel he was 3rd best RB in the NFL Draft.I just feel the system that Texans run would be just right for Slaton. So look Slaton to get around 1,400 total yards.

No pressure and MB3 to do the heavy lifting... not a bad way to break into the NFL.

Ray Rice will look good as a change of pace behind McGahee, no?  Plus, they will be running the ball a ton with no QB.

Yeah Ray Rice would get a lots of carries in Baltimore but McGahee is a beast. So we would see how it would work in Baltimore cuz that all they have a running game. Man Felix Jones would be the futher back in Dallas because I dont feel that Barber would be able to be that true back but I may be wrong because that two back system work really will last two season with Barber & Jones but it now it going be Felix/Barber show in the big D LoL.

Wow, what a crop of players.  I think it's safe to say that passing yards will be steadily decreasing the next couple of years.

+1 thumbs upI think NONE OF ABOVE SHOULD be and option because pretty much no one in this draft is going to put up the numbers that AP did last year.

i dont know if hes gonna have ap status but he will be tha best of the bunch.he wont have to carry the load jus like ap.and why is everybody on dmc jock?he shared tha backfield wit jones and they didnt run a pro style offense and he was picked by tha raiders.who have no line. he has bust written all over him.mark my words

I really like McFadden... he's not as good as Peterson... but they certainly drafted a great player. And as far as the guys drafted on some of the better teams... they won't stand out as much on their respective teams. The win might come a little easier but nobody is going to be hailing them as their teams savior like the Vikings (should be).

We do.

I think the only knock on McFadden  is gonna be that everyone will cue in on the running game and make the inexperienced quarterback beat them. I really think Smith may be the steal of this draft, except that Detroit will almost definitely find a way to f it up!
