+2 thumbs upI don't know how to answer...I want to pick them all...especially Bowling (about as exciting as Golf on TV), Poker (seriously...why is this on TV?) and Fishing (could be the single most boring to watch on TV).  But since I picked other, let me throw out another suggestion:  WNBA.  Seriously...does anyone watch this?  If so, then okay...but I really haven't met anyone who does...at least not yet.

+2 thumbs upHard to choose, hate the Bowling d-bags, and the burly bowling women in skirts are even worse!  Still, went with the literally gayest one.  Fishing is boring as hell too.  None are sports, but at least I can relate to Poker and enjoy some of the personalities.

+1 thumbs upAt least the Spelling Bee is mildly entertaining, the kids are funny, and it's challenging if you're up to playing along, and now it includes Erin Andrews.  Better than the redneck BS.

+2 thumbs upI agree with the spelling bee, hell spelling is far from a sport.
BUT what about HUNTING?
I dont mind hunting but who wants to watch some dude alone in the woods?

+3 thumbs upAt least the spelling bee has an finite outcome.  Figure skating is based solely on judgment of 4 people.  It's like judging a 4th grade art contest.

+3 thumbs upI was going to endorse and support anthony is the spelling bee campaign....but upon further reflecton- I'm going to say bowling ONLY because it is so predictable.  Rarely do the competitor miss many pins.  It's strike after strike after spare, .....blah, blah.  It is a sport, it is difficult, but it is also some dang boring tv.

+6 thumbs upI can't believe the people who said Figure Skating!  It's athletic, beautiful, complicated, highly competitive and extremely difficult.  AND an Olympic Event!

+3 thumbs up...but spelling in no way, shape, or form, is even remotely close to being a sport. Therefore is should not be on any sports network.

+2 thumbs upEntertaining = Yes
Sport = No

I will have to agree with the fact that seeing Erin Andrews on there was a bonus.

+3 thumbs upWhat happens to the fish these guys catch?  Do they eat them, or just mount them on a wall, or what?  If it's not going into someone's stomach, then I can't make a viable argument for doing it, w/o being called animal cruelty.  I know, I know.  Call PETA.  Toss some red paint.  Have intercourse w/ a llama.

+2 thumbs upBowling. I enjoy bowling, there is something to be said about hurling a ten pound chunk of rubber and plastic at objects indoors as hard as you can and not getting arrested, but watching it on TV is like watching grass grow. I mean if they are going to show it, they should film it at a local bowling alley. You know, people chugging beers and cusssing at each other with an occassional two or three women cat-fight kind off thing going on.

I have a habit of wandering around Clemson's campus and watching various sports that are taking place; bad idea---I ran across some Indian students playing Cricket.  Have you ever watched Cricket or gotten to know about the game---real, REAL Cricket Matches can last DAYS!!!!!!!!

NEVER, EVER allow Cricket to be put on the mass media in America!!!!!!

+5 thumbs upBowling one actually has to stand up and walk with a 16 pound ball,Figure Skating while not my cup of tea is most definately a sport and looks to be quite difficult, Fishing one must get out in a boat and use muscles to cast , reel in and bait hooks and remove fish, POKER - a bunch of whiney lard asses sitting around with sunglasses on waiting for two cards while 2 morons try to be funny and keep people from dropping dead of boredom. my vote goes to POKER.

Of the four listed, I had to go with fishing.  What in the world could be more boring than watching someone reel in a fish.

Bubba: "Well Billy Bob, it looks like I got me a 5 pounder on the line."

Billy Bob: "Let's see if we can get it on board to show our viewers and then throw the little rascal back."

+3 thumbs upnow, that would be sport! - reality sport The question is not which of these is a sport, but which of these, IF ANY, belongs on your sports tv. For me - none of the above, and throw out spelling, golf and other passtimes as well. The time can be filled with Pool, Rugby, Aussie rules, more women's tennis and those hilarious Japanese obstacle course races: http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1736393 japangameshow
