+3 thumbs up I have been waiting for a long time to see a team surface in this Yankee-Red Sox division for a long time. I think Tampa Bay has flown under the rader and now people see just how good they are, just ask the Red Sox! Tampa Bay is going to win this division, because although they aren't as experienced they are not intimidated by the Red Sox or yankees, and their pitching is great & underrated vastly. Also Tampa bay is young and they don't know they are "Suppposed To Fold", they are agressive, fast, and have an excellent coach, who worked under Mike Sciosa for many years in Anaheim. This is the year this division is going to see a new winner other than the Yankees & Red Sox.

The AL Wild Card will come out of this division, whether it be Tampa Bay, Boston, or (sadly) New York. I just don't think Tampa Bay has the experience and skill to stay in first. I think the clock will strike twelve for them after the All-Star break...

you're probably correct, however, I would like to see Tampa Bay do it...I like the underdog stories.

It's too soon, to predict.  Probably will have to wait till the last week of September or the last game of the

MLB season, to determine the AL East Division winner; so far, Tampa Bay is doing very well.  Like others have

said..."how long can the Rays last?"

Tampa is young and thats why they will fold. I know this is the feel good story of baseball right now and I hate to rain on anyones parade but dont bet the far on the Rays. Boston is to seasoned of a team not to make a run for it. Just my opinion.

Actually both the Yankees and the Red Sox bullpens are younger and less experienced than the Rays bullpen. The Rays have been winning with speed (both offensively and defensively), pitching and aggressiveness. Those things don't slump. The Rays bats have been very average. What's interesting is: the Rays have played the toughest schedule in baseball and have the best record....their schedule only gets easier....
