+2 thumbs upIf he does come back, it will tarnish his legacy in my mind because there is no way Green Bay would take him back. They need to move forward and so does Farve.
No, he will stay retired .

+4 thumbs upAs much as I loved to watch him play, I hope he doesn't.  You can't get your virginity back - neither can you get your career back.
No, he will stay retired .

+1 thumbs upI agree with what everyone is saying...but I think he will do it...just like MJ did.  It'll be sad, but I do think it will be.

+2 thumbs upActually...breaking news...Brett Farve (sic) is in touch with Green Bay officials about possibly coming pack (ESPN 9:42pm PST via Green Bay Press Gazette's Rob Demovsky).  Though according to the report, the Packers do NOT want Farve back...so the discussion is reportedly about a possible release or trade.

Might I suggest Chicago?  They do need a QB...and so does the team that drafted him...Atlanta...who better to instruct a young first round draft pick?
Yes, he will come back .

I think that would actually be the only acceptable way for Favre to return. Ryan could use a year on the bench, Favre is his hero, and the Falcons clearly need a QB. That being said, I don't see any reason Favre would want to go (back) to Atlanta right now.

No, he will stay retired .

As a loyal Chicago Bears fan...I really hope Favre, does stay retired.  He played a full career.  In five years...

he will probably be voted into the NFL H.O.F., on the first try.  So, What does he have to prove, by un-retiring???

+1 thumbs upI don't disagree that Favre should stay retired and that he probably wouldn't (and shouldn't) go back to Atlanta...just giving places that his presence could really work.  I was just talking to my buddy (bibbwin) and he made a great point about a fit in Kansas City!  Great possibility...would love to see what he could do with essentially the same quality team (and same team) that Joe Montana played for at the end.  Great comparisons that could bring!
