5 thumbs upI truthfully think that it will come down to JJ, Burton and Biffle.  Carl and Shrubby peaked too soon, but the other three are just now showing they've got what it takes.  I don't know that it will come down to the final laps of the final race, as in '92, but wouldn't it be awesome if it did!!!

3 thumbs upI had to pick my boy Clint with my heart, but his chances are fading and odds are long! All chasers may need help in the form of trouble to JJ to catch him!

4 thumbs upFor me, this was a tough decision, but I chose Carl.  Looking at the rest of the tracks for the Chase, it's looking pretty good for Carl to get a couple of wins or some good Top 5s/Top 10s to get back in the hunt.
Carl Edwards - 168 points back

4 thumbs upit's JJ's chase to lose, he has been here before and knows what it takes to bring home the hardware, getting through Martinsville will be huge, that is where it will be easy to get cought up in someone elses problems......

4 thumbs upI voted for Biffle because he's had a tremendous year.  But Jimmy Johnson and his team are just too good at the end of the season.  Once he's in front, he's hard to catch.

4 thumbs uphad to go with Biffle, i think he is within stricking distance.. i almost went with Burton though.. Carl is still a possibillity, but it will be a little harder to make up 168 points then it is to make up 86 points..

3 thumbs upIf Biffle can hold his own for the next 4 races, Homestead is his ace in the hole, winner 3 times in a row, he knows how to get around that track.

4 thumbs upBurton has been there all year, and I think he's got what it takes.  69 points in 5 races is definitely doable.

3 thumbs upNASCAR.com's Joe Menzer posted an article today, and in his opinion, anyone who thinks JJ hasn't already got this wrapped up is nuts.  I still wanna think Burton and Biffle have a chance, and I'd love to string up the official in Burton's pit who didn't stop them before they were halfway thru the pit stop.  THAT OFFICIAL cost Jeff 8? 9? 10? spots in the race.

1 thumbs upAs much as I'd like to agree with you about Burton's pit stop, the official was motioning for Burton to back up the whole time his crew was working on the car there.  The crew messed that one up, not the official.
