No doubt, but you have to go with them.

Maybe I'm a little biased, but all-time highest winning percentage in college football history.

Michigan.  The Wolverines are the most consistent program in college football history.  Obviously having the highest winning percentage in college football history proves it, but every preseason you can't make a list of the top 10 teams without mentioning the Wolverines.  We haven't been able to say that about USC, Alabama or Notre Dame.  Plus, many legendary players have worn the winged helmet and at least one Wolverine is being considered for the Heisman every year.

Once again...as a citizen of the Big 12 Nation (no bias here......mmm) gotta go with the greatest program in the Big 12 (and it cuts me to the quick to admit that since I bleed orange and black).  Heisman winners, National Champions, NFL Pro Bowlers and Hall of Famers, Coach of the Year, yada yada yada..............

It depends on how you look at it I guess when talking about ND.  The vast majority of their "Championships" & Heisman winners were long before college football was even on the map Nationally.  (1940's & earlier)

If you look at the record books, they have Titles during years where they had 2 losses more than other teams.  It's similar when looking at Alabama.  Most of the titles they claim were given out by the Birmingham Newspaper.

When I think best College Football Programs I think Oklahoma, Michigan, Ohio State & USC.  They've been consistently the best programs since WWII.
