What do you think about the NCAA refs?
Their are a lot of controversal calls, and I would have to use more than two hands to count how many games have been changed because of "bad" calls by the refs. What's your take.

 I think the refs are homestly tring to the best they can.  The problem is in many sports when on ref or ump makes a call, the others do not help when they see it may be a bad call.  They support their 'brother' and do not want to 'show him up.'  This has got to stop.  Help needs to be offerred when a bad call is made.  If they will not do that, then we must go to the dreaded replay for more plays.
so that is my message:   REFS AND UMPS - as a group you put your individual egos aside and get it right on the field or succumb to more and more criticism and game slowing replays.

 My main problem with refs are that they are controlled by the conferences.  The NCAA should control the refs.
