If you know your boss is 100% wrong about something how would you handle it?

It depends on the situation and the personality of the supervisor
I saved myself the stress of being yelled at and gave him what he wanted, so I'm happy.

I would discuss this in a private surrounding out of respect, then I would ask first if they want my opinion. Then I would gracefully tell my opinion on the situation. I would do this because sometimes another opinion does add a new light,

I'm soo new on the job I have no choice but to do it "their" way! So conform I will. Besides I think "you' re F#*%?N RETARDED" is how the Spanish-American war got started!

I will tell my boss, especially the nighttime supervisor.  I told 2 of the day supervisors about her attitude to me over the summer for something, and the supervisor who I love, really laid back, took both of us into her office to discuss it.  I told her that I didn't like her (nighttime beyotch) tone when she said something to me about the way I was grabbing charts in the x-ray department.  I told her I wasn't aware that we were supposed to wait for the nurse to actually hand us the chart.  When I left to come back to school she said "no hard feelings?"  I'm pretty sure I got the message through to her that I'm not one of her slackers on the night crew, so don't even try to treat me like one.

My boss/principal is cool. If I thought he was doing something wrong, I'd have no problem telling him.

I'd try to discuess it between the two of us why I can't seem to agree with them. My reasons for not agreeing or understanding . I'd let them know they are the boss and if they still think they want it their way, then I'm not responsible for the outcome.

I have and did.   No problems.  I would have never done it to embarrass them.
